The vineyard is registered for grape growing with actually 2000 square meter in size. The unique position and exceptional soil give great potential for expansion for someone who would like to develop into farming. This property is also suitable for olive trees.

The property also offers 25 kilometres of single tracks for mountain biking and hiking, bird watching which are open to the public. Those trails are part of the 3Rivers Trails, which is a large web of trails that cover the whole area offering in total over 200 kilometres marked routes.

Further development within the tourism activity could be developed further to attract more visitors. A study for a zip line course and a waterless slide is ongoing.
